As a corporate member of the YenidenBiz Association, Vesta Global aims to reach nearly 500 women within a year through planned events. With this step, the company aims to increase the visibility and raise awareness of experienced women in the workforce.

Diversity in management, corporate sustainability, and the reintegration of women who have taken a career break into the business world have been among the most discussed topics in Turkey's business world in recent years. Taking a concrete step in this area, Vesta Global has joined the YenidenBiz Association as a corporate member. The company is sponsoring the venue for YenidenBiz's 2026 CEO Meetings events. Through these events, the goal is to reach nearly 500 women regarding the role of experienced women in the business world and their contribution to corporate growth. The meeting, held in Istanbul on April 8th, brought together the international experience of Vesta Global, which has been guiding investors in over 15 countries since 2017, and the expertise of YenidenBiz, which stands out with its ten years of experience and corporate ecosystem.

The event, which brought together senior executives from leading Turkish companies, addressed the contribution of experienced women to corporate performance and how companies can integrate this area into their growth strategies. With this event, Vesta Global and YenidenBiz Association created a platform for the transformation of the women's employment agenda into concrete steps in the business world.
