Requirements for U.S. Residency
Applicants must select a project approved under the EB-5 program and complete preliminary registration forms. Following registration approval, the $800,000 investment must be transferred to an independent escrow account in the U.S.
After consultation with an immigration attorney to confirm EB-5 eligibility, Form I-526E is submitted within 1–2 months. Once approved, the investment is moved from the escrow account to the project account. Within 12–15 months, applicants receive a conditional Green Card.
